excellent central lodging!
convenient location helpful concierge free shuttle subway access
i stayed for several nights and found the location convenient. it's near the subway and within walking distance of many shops. the concierge helped me a lot with directions and restaurant bookings! they run a free shuttle to the main train station every half hour, it was helpful.
The gym and pool have an extra daily charge. It was a bit much.

subway access shuttle service helpful staff
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to transportation. The subway access from the basement was convenient. The shuttle service to the main station was efficient and timely. I was grateful for the helpful staff.
I found the extra charge for using the gym and pool unexpected. I assumed these facilities were included. This policy was a significant drawback.

All hotel staff are cute. They are also helpful and courteous. The concierge provided excellent assistance with restaurant recommendations. They also helped with reservations, which can be difficult as a tourist.

The hotel is close to the main area for tourists. This location offers easy access to sites. Department stores, boutiques, local handicrafts, museums, cafes and restaurants are nearby. The subway station is right there.

convenient location shopping mall friendly staff
the subway station is conveniently located directly under the hotel. it also doubles as a shopping mall and connects to shops. i appreciated the proximity to gion, city hall, and teramachi street market. the staff was wonderful!!!
