i stayed for several nights and found the location convenient. it's near the subway and within walking distance of many shops. the concierge helped me a lot with directions and restaurant bookings! they run a free shuttle to the main train station every half hour, it was helpful.
The gym and pool have an extra daily charge. It was a bit much.

I found the extra charge for using the gym and pool unexpected. I assumed these facilities were included. This policy was a significant drawback.

i loved the hotel's location, so close to the subway station. the free shuttle service to the train station was useful, i never had to worry about transportation. the staff were mostly friendly and helpful, it. i particularly enjoyed the japanese pastries in the downstairs cafe, so yummy.
